Plexiglass Circle Jigs

Brian Steeves' really did have a good idea. These things worked great. 1/2" slot to half depth on one side. 1/4" slot all the way through in the middle of the 1/2" slot. Differing from Brian we drilled a hole into the middle of the 1/4" bolt's head for a pin to sit in. Then the head slides in the 1/2" slot. We also made a little wood piece that was to be used to mark settings once found. Don't try the wood thing. Unless it is perfectly flat and fits perfectly into the slot it will crack the Plexiglass when tightened down on. Didn't completely wreck the longer jig and hopefully the cracks were just superficial. Won't know for sure until the next time it is used. Counter sunk holes were drilled for mounting the router to it and a hole saw was used to cut the hole the router bit goes through.
